On the Table: Blueberries and Ricotta

I am just loving the fresh berries at this time of year.  While I am perfectly happy to eat them plain, I have been trying out different flavor combinations recently.  I figure if I can take a few great tasting ingredients and make them SUPER great tasting, I should do it, right?!  My most recent favorite grouping:  blueberries, ricotta, and honey.


It's like a savory ice cream sundae...and also delicious with strawberries in place of blueberries!
